Bull in a china shop... powerful, passionate, driven, but often destructive. That was me for much of my career. With maturity, wisdom, coaching or maybe just getting older and more patient, I've learned to harness this passion and helped many other business leaders do the same. We each belong to HERDs (or collections of bulls), our family, our church, our classmates, or the organization in which we work.
